As a partner on the SERENA contract, we provide leadership and professional services in telephony lifecycle services for a national security client.

AT&T has an opening for a Technical Support Representative V to support a US Govt. customer in the Northern VA area in providing programmatic operations and oversight to a critical professional services contract.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support and customer service to the organization’s users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes)
  • Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures and is typically located within a call center
  • Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems
  • Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems
  • Requires comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within own and related areas
  • Works within established precedents and practices
  • Analyses information to solve on-going problems
  • Requires developed advanced specialized expertise within an analytical or technical area to perform the most complex work
  • Uses knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared and individual objectives
  • Provides leadership to a team including coaching on performance, coordinating activities, and checking on quality and work progress
  • Uses experience to identify and solve day-to-day problems
  • Impacts the overall quality and quantity of the tasks performed by the team
  • Requires tact and diplomacy to communicate ideas in a concise and logical way
  • Requires High School Diploma and 7 or more years of relevant experience
