POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technical Recruiter will work to attract and hire highly complex Enterprise Application talent, ranging from Application Support Analysts to Enterprise Engineers and beyond. Searches will focus on professionals specializing in Oracle, manufacturing IT, and helpdesk support. The top priority of the Technical Recruiter will be to create and maintain scalable recruiting processes while focusing on talent density within the Enterprise Engineering organization. You will do this by driving sourcing and recruiting strategy, and by partnering with the Product Operations Team and Leadership as trusted subject matter experts.

The Technical Recruiter can either work remotely from within the USA or at the company’s Denver area office (if in the office, free meals and snacks are provided).

WHAT ELSE WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting; support hiring managers by sourcing, screening, and supporting candidates from application to onboarding
  • Conduct in-take calls with hiring managers to ensure an understanding of the recruiting needs, job scope and requirements, qualifications, salary, location, etc. and advise on best practices
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies/techniques to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent, including employer branding strategies, diverse talent recruitment initiatives, engaging with community groups, recruiting analytics/reporting
  • Own the management of assigned requisitions, and manage and update new applicants and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database (Greenhouse)
  • Screen applications, conduct initial phone screens and behavioral based interviews, and present the most appropriate candidates to hiring manager(s) based on a selection process that exemplifies the required skill sets, qualifications, as well as AVT’s core values
  • Communicate with hiring managers regularly regarding the status of candidates, as well as facilitate timely, ongoing professional communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process
  • Act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager and provide ongoing value-added recruitment advice to the hiring manager(s)
  • Collaborate with the People Ops/TA team and hiring managers to develop and implement strategic and diverse talent recruitment initiatives
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of a scalable internal recruiting process and other processes for the TA Team

SKILLS YOU BRING:

  • 4+ years of professional, technical recruiting experience, including the sourcing of at least two of the following: ERP Analysts (Oracle &/or SAP preferred), manufacturing IT, full-stack developers, and help desk professionals. Experience working as a technical recruiter for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is plus. Experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-paced tech-start-up is a plus.
  • 2+ years’ experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and common sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the employee value proposition of an early-stage startup to candidates and write a compelling pitch email to prospective candidates is required
  • Strong technical acumen around technology, software development languages and tools required
  • Able to effectively communicate and work with people at all levels of the company
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as: Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
